We automate your sign-up in a fast and dynamic way through the Octiv Fitness mobile app.

  • To sign up, click on the sign-up button on the website and complete the registration form by first selecting your Location, followed by the relevant package.
  • Once the payment has been made successfully, your Octiv profile will be activated and you can log in on the Octiv mobile app.

We will gladly assist you in setting up your initial booking and will contact you when we receive your registration.  

You are also welcome to make use of the Octiv app as follows: 

  • On the calendar go to the date you want to book
  • Book a class or session according to your purchased Package
  • To cancel a booked class, press on the name of the class to open up a detailed view, and press on Cancel

Our studio is managed using an online booking and payment system called Octiv. This system requires that you have booking credits available in order to sign up for a select package. To purchase more credits, follow these directions in Octiv:  

  • Go to Packages and Sessions
  • Press on “TOP UP” next to your package.
  • Choose the required number of credits and proceed to the invoice.
  • Select the “Pay” button and proceed to the secure online payment portal to settle the invoice either by selecting the card payment option or Instant EFT.

Core Concepts Pilates & Rehabilitation, make use of an online booking and payment system – Octiv.  Before you can book a class or session you will need to have booking credits available. To purchase booking credits, you have to log in to your Octiv account on your cell phone.

For your safety, it is good practice not to save your bank card details on your phone when making card payments.

When paying through Octiv, additional security via the Authentication method is added.  An OTP (One-Time Pin) or Banking Prompts or In-app prompts on your Banking app will be requested. Bank-level security for your transactions – You’re safe with us!

EMAIL ADDRESS IS INVALID

Remove the space at the end of the email (This usually happens when you select the email address from an autocomplete menu).

TRANSACTION CANNOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME – Invalid service parameters

The bank has blocked payment to the invoice following several unsuccessful attempts to pay. To resolve this you have to contact the studio to generate another invoice. Before the next payment, go to the bank to check if the bank’s new security system called “3D Payment” has been activated on your card. Alternatively, choose another payment option or card.

Yes, however, we recommend that you start with 3-5 private sessions if you have never done pilates or if you are referred by a medical practitioner following surgery or injury.

The Stellenbosch studio is a tranquil gem at the end of Hamman Street. Located behind the row of houses on your left-hand side you will find a panhandle property with ample parking once you pass through the security gate.

To reach the security gate. Drive down the cul-de-sac until you reach the end. Follow the directions to Virginia Way Offices. At the gate, press the intercom button for Core Concepts Pilates.
